But Arkansas' FOIA law is currently being abused by unscrupulous attorneys who are making a living off the taxpayers money by filling baseless lawsuits over FOIA. Also, other states are undercutting Arkansas when it comes to attracting industry because they can FOIA our plans to attract out of state industry.
