I am opposed to the lottery in general, as it is a focused tax, but I do support the increase in minimum allocations.

Prevention of evil is impossible. To combat mass shooting in particular, Arkansas legislators can work to provide increase security in high target areas, eliminate "gun free zones" and enable free exercise of 2nd Amendment self-preservation rights, removing existing barriers and empowering law honoring citizens to take responsibility for their own safety.
